PLC Charges – 1.5 Lakhs for 1 PLC and Rs 2.5 lakhs for 2 PLC's ,
IFMS Charges = 20000/- Per Floor
Booking Amount = 10% of Basic Price.
At the time of allotment = 10% of Basic Price.
Balance payment to be made in construction linked plan of approx 18 -24 months.
Or
Pay 15% now and balance on possession in
15 months. No EMI or interest to be paid in
the interim period.
